NOTE: we live in St Paul, Oregon. These lots are in northern California just off the Interstate, near Yreka, Shasta Mt and lake, about 30 minutes from Ashland, Oregon, and importantly within minutes of the Klamath River. The largest dam removals ever in the USA is now occurring just upstream, it will make the Klamath River now run unimpeded from the Pacific Ocean up into southeast Oregon.
The Klamath River is presently highly prized for fishing, rafting, kayaking, and adventure BUT the dam removals will now make it the Mecca of Salmon fishing in the Pacific Northwest. The demand for seasonal properties or full time residences is skyrocketing!
Both these lots have ELECTRICITY at their boundary and both are on improved roads. Water is by water storage or well by owner, and waste by owner septic system (just like all rural properties). One lot, is on Ager, a full service Siskayou County road, the other is on Desevado Rd.
We've enjoyed having these but at age 81 realized we won't build, so should sell them. The prices are once in a lifetime bargains because we want them gone (this isn't realtor "sales" talk, this is a knowledgeable retired businessman talking: these prices are huge bargains).
Each lot is $1,950 sold together. If you reply please be serious and have done your research on the area etc. We're selling these so reasonably because I want it done and over. With the craziness sweeping our country this is a great investment and safety net. Use your imagination, make it a vacation cabin owned by a few families, or a short term vacation rental, or a permanent home, or just HOLD ON TO THEM.
There is a homeowners association that has a restaurant, a boat launch, and pads for lot owners to use for trailers. The fees are a couple hundred dollars, and property tax is around $100 annually.
I hope to hear but be ready and serious please. This is too cheap to mess around with. Mahalo.
