I'm Tim, to be honest and honor our time, I wish only for communication from sincere and genuinely interested people.
This opportunity would be best suited for an individual or couple, with available time, money, and enthusiasm for putting their energies towards a higher goodness for mother earth and humanity. Based on nature's way of beauty in art, music and life.
That's what I'm humbly doing with my life at 64 years young, and wish only for a symbiotic partnership based on trust and common vision. I have 3 music cd's online and 2 more coming, with years of photographic art, videos, books and more. Partnership could be with man or woman, but I'm not gay and not looking for a "hookup". Just honest collaboration with a genuine person. A contractual partnership would include shared ownership/income with me.
There's much more to say, of course, if we get to a phone conversation and I'll share the website address I have for the land.
I am 3 years into building the infrastructures needed for the "nature based spiritual learning habitat and artist's studio", with secluded living, meditation/campsites for personal solo spiritual experiences.
Artist's studio will be for musical recording, imagery, writing, creativity, etc.
Natural and non-conventional Earth shelter living structure, off grid, solar, etc., private and serene.
This is on my 55 acres of forest covered mountainside, bordered by USFS land, and only 10 miles from Yreka. There are currently over 6 miles of private hiking trails with access to the surrounding public land with creeks, big trees and epic views.
I envision this as a specialty niche of peace, nature, solitude, art, music, and simplicity, apart from the world of 5 star resorts.
With thousands of stars above your bed to see, here, it is "more expansive and less expensive"..!
